As a frequent online customer, the most frustrating part of the experience is being left in the dark on the status of my purchase.
The challenge is that no single entity can reply to all of these queries alone since multiple parties are involved in the process from click to receipt. This is only possible through seamless integration across the ecosystem linking all parties together.
Third Party Logistics providers (3PLs), Parcel Consolidators, Brokers, Aggregators, Freight Forwarders and others cannot work in isolation and still provide their customers with sterling service. The cost of not being able to provide or accept adequate data across the ecosystem is massive and ultimately compromises consumer experiences, which is what makes or breaks reputations.

Collaborating with the right software partner and platform is key in today’s ever changing and fast paced eCommerce Parcel industry. It is no longer about the cost of implementation of an IT system but rather the value that this brings and the cost of NOT doing so.
